Lets Talk Shipping

As the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure you have all the necessary information to receive your gifts in time for Christmas and gift-giving. Since each of our products are made to order, please be aware that it takes up to two weeks to hand-make your custom item, excluding any items that are "ready to ship." 

To guarantee your orders arrive by Christmas, please note the following deadlines:

*Please remember that we will be closed the week of Christmas, so these are the last days for FREE and Expedited shipping with delivery on or by Christmas. *These are estimates based on UPS and USPS guidelines in the continental USA. 

However, these dates are subject to change depending on order volume, so we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.  

We are dedicated to providing exceptional products and ask for your patience and understanding during this busy season. While we do offer expedited shipping options, please remember that these do not affect the time required to create each item. 

Please also note that we are not responsible for packages once they leave our facilities, so we encourage you to order early to ensure timely delivery for all your gift-giving needs. If your order is over $50.00, we recommend getting insurance. Our Free shipping option comes with $50.00 insurance coverage. 

As a reminder, we will be closed on November 27th and 28th for Thanksgiving and from December 23rd through December 29th for the Christmas holiday. We will resume normal operations on December 30th, 2024
